On 26 July, Pearl FALCO proudly hosted a truly special event—The Language of Pearls—an elegant gathering that brought together lovers of fine jewellery, timeless style, and meaningful stories. The event wasn’t just about pearls.
It was about the people who wear them, the hands that craft them, and the stories they carry through generations.
From the moment our guests arrived, there was a sense of warmth, sophistication, and shared appreciation for the beauty and symbolism of pearls. We were honored to welcome familiar faces and new friends into our growing Pearl FALCO community.
One of the highlights of the day was a captivating styling session by our fashion advisor, Kanako, who inspired the audience with her creative insights into how pearls can be worn in both contemporary and classic styles. She demonstrated the versatility of pearls for women alike, from formal wear to chic everyday outfits. Her session encouraged many to see their own jewellery pieces in a new light—transforming pearls from keepsakes into fashion essentials.
Guests were treated to an exclusive screening of the Pearl Legacy Documentary, led by our Managing Director, Maiko Makito. Through Maiko’s eyes, attendees embarked on a heartfelt journey into the intricate world of pearl cultivation, fine craftsmanship, and the deep cultural heritage that defines every Pearl FALCO creation.
The documentary offered a rare and intimate glimpse into various types of pearl cultivation—from Indonesia’s White South Sea pearls to China’s freshwater pearls, and Japan’s exquisite Akoya pearls from Ise Shima. Viewers witnessed the unwavering dedication of artisans whose hands and hearts shape each pearl with care, reminding us that pearls are more than just jewellery—they are living treasures of the sea, each carrying its own unique story.
Adding to the memorable experience, guests also witnessed a symbolic Akoya Oyster Opening Ceremony, revealing a natural pearl from within—an emotional reminder of nature’s hidden beauty and the wonder that lies beneath the surface.
